Join Dr Emily Kirkpatrick, SA Health's Deputy Chief Public Health Officer, as she discusses and answers questions about the new COVID SAfe Check-in, designed to enhance contact tracing and keep our community COVID safe.
The purpose of the app is to allow SA Health to quickly contact others who may have been exposed to the virus, if someone in South Australia tests positive to COVID-19. Businesses with a COVID Safe Plan should display the QR code reader in a prominent location within the business. When people arrive at a venue or business, they can check in by scanning the QR code using their smart phone through the mySA Gov app.
