The cultural diversity of our community makes our state a unique, vibrant place to live. It’s time to celebrate the outstanding individuals who promote and support an inclusive, harmonious multicultural South Australia. Recognise the achievements of friends, colleagues and peers by nominating now and giving them the acknowledgement they deserve!

The awards are administered by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet through Multicultural Affairs.

In this segment, we hear from Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, Governor of South Australia, was born and grew up in South Australia. Madeeha Usman, who won judges praise for her concerted efforts to transform disability support for migrant communities. Originally from Pakistan, Madeeha is an active member of several multicultural associations in Australia.
