SA Water customers across South Australia will receive a total annual bill reduction of approximately $186 million in 2020-21, while a range of initiatives will start being progressed to improve the quality and reliability of water and wastewater services.
The average residential SA Water customer in metropolitan Adelaide will benefit from an estimated annual saving of $200 or 15.9 per cent on their combined water and sewerage bills, with average residential customers in regional areas estimated to save around $190.
